What are we looking for? IT Project Manager We are looking for a proficient Project Manager with a technical background, involved on IT projects, using modern Agile methodologies.

Main responsabilities

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project according to defined objectives, in terms of planning, budget and scope.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholder, to identify and track new requirements.
• Track and report on the profitability and the quality of your projects to the management.
• Promote the motivation and commitment of your projects teams.
• Follow up the development teams progress on a daily basis.
• Forecast and prepare billing operations of your projects.
• Manage teams of analysts, designers, developers and subcontractors (daily meetings).
• Follow-up your projects progress, assign features/stories/tasks/bugs to the team and test each delivery.
• Meet customers, manage customers requests and follow-up.
• Participate in steering committees with other project manager and the management.
• Coach junior Project Managers

Your daily tasks will be, among other things to

• Manage teams of analysts, designers, developers and subcontractors (daily meetings).
• Follow-up your projects progress, assign features/stories/tasks/bugs to the team and test each delivery.
• Meet customers, manage customers requests and follow-up.
• Participate to steering committees with other project manager and the management.

Profile requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences related studies.
• 5 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Agile methodologies experience (SCRUM, Kanban) is a strong plus.
• Project Management certifications (PMI, Prince 2) is a plus.
