Full-time WE ARE LOOKING FOR A dynamic and results-driven City Manager to lead and oversee operations for our aparthotel and furnished apartment rental business on a city level. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while driving growth and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. YOU WILL

Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all aparthotel and furnished apartment properties within the city, ensuring high-quality standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing maintenance teams and housekeeping personnel. Internal and outsourced.
  • Monitor inventory, property availability, and booking systems to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address operational challenges.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team excellence.

Guest Experience

  • Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings, implementing improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Create personalized experiences for long-term and short-term guests to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets for city operations, ensuring cost control and achieving revenue targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, occupancy rates, and operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with the central revenue management team to implement dynamic pricing strategies.

Business Development

  • Identify growth opportunities within the city, including new property acquisitions, partnerships, or market trends.
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders, such as property owners, service providers, and community organizations.
  • Analyze local market trends to remain competitive and anticipate customer needs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and guest satisfaction.
  • Use data analytics to make informed decisions and implement improvements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

The City Manager will collaborate with the central group services in terms of Accounting, HR, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance and Revenue Management.
