Het Anker is no longer just a brewery; its also a distillery, hotel, brasserie, and offers a wide range of public activities in our experience portfolio. Because we naturally want to pamper the sometimes large flow of visitors in our very own Brasserie, we are in need of extra helping hands.

Het Anker is a family business. This means we know each other by first name—well, most of us, as our team has grown quite large. We now have over 100 employees who give their best every day. We value approachability and input, and together, we work to provide enjoyable experiences for our customers every day!

Last but not least: theres a table in our dining area called Jacky. So get ready to serve table Jacky!

Are you as good a fit for our team as our Classic is with our stew? We are a close-knit, reliable, and amazing dining room team that works well together, has plenty of fun, and remains flexible when needed.

Are you as refreshing as our Maneblusser? We could use someone with a fresh perspective to fit into our "Alternative Organization" system, where everyone is involved in decision-making, both big and small, within the company.

Do you have the energy of our Hopsinjoor? That energy will come in handy in a bustling place like our Brasserie. Being proactive and working hard are part of the job.

Are you as balanced as our Tripel? As a team, we have a lot of fun during and after work, but we also give it our all when needed. Maintaining a good balance between work and play is essential.

Are you as steadfast as our Ambrio? Based on the brewerys oldest recipe, dating back to 1421, this beer has stood the test of time. Standing strong and showing resilience are key in our popular Brasserie, complete with stairs.

Are you never sour, like none of our beers? Customer friendliness and a big smile are absolutely essential.

Are you as patient as our Gouden Carolus Single Malt, aged for three years in barrels? Patience is a virtue, especially for a server: the customer is always king.
