Security (Senior) Manager - Cyber Industry

Your job

As a (Senior) Security Consulting Manager in an industry group, you will be responsible for overseeing security related activities at one of our clients or to a portfolio of clients.

You bring together technical, business and commercial expertise to help the client address their complex security challenges. You will use your time and skillset in working with delivery teams to ensure existing projects are operating as expected, as well as building relationships and developing new opportunities at the client. You dont do this by yourself, but function as a bridge between the client, the client account team and our group of experts in the security domain teams.

With the support of our local and global security teams, you will:

• Manage and deliver projects from the early planning phase through the successful deployment of our tailored solutions
• Assist clients in developing strategies to help secure their most critical assets by providing high value consultancy work.
• Coordinate international teams of experts to bring the best value to our clients.
• Perform current state assessments of our clients security posture, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.
• Work on the design and delivery of new offerings.

Your team

The Belux Accenture Security team counts about 50 Cyber Security Professionals distributed across different pillars (Strategy, Protect, and Resilience) and industries among which Health and Public Sector (H&PS).

The H&PS industry team is addressing large framework contract with key selected clients. The usual working language is English, but it could also be in the native language of the organisation issuing the tender.

Our ideal candidate truly enjoys his or her work, is eager, flexible and has a “can do “attitude. Moreover:

• You are a European national
• You have a higher degree (Bachelor or Master)
• You have at least 5 years of experience in cyber security
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Experience in client relationship building, stakeholder management or pre-sales
• You have project management skills to coordinate a team
• Sales acumen is a must
• You have strong interpersonal skills: able to work in a team and work under pressure
• Working knowledge of English (mandatory), and ideally Dutch or French
• Experience with European institutions and other inter-governmental organizations is a must
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SABSA are a plus
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.

On top of those general requirements, the Belux security practice will be particularly interested if you present at least one of the following characteristics:

• Having a proven experience in the Defense industry, and a solid sales acumen
• Having a proven experience in the European institutions sector, and a solid sales acumen
• At least 3 years of experiences in Cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform)
• Being a fluent Dutch speaker with 3-year experience in Cyber Defense
• Being a fluent French speaker with 3-year experience in Cyber Defense or OT security
• At least 3 years of experience digital identity and preferably with Entra ID
• Having a proven experience in Digital identity and more specifically in Decentralized Digital Identity, knowing the eIDAS 1.0 and 2.0
• At least 3 years of experience in Governance Risk and Compliance in the public sector and knowing the associated Risk assessment methodology (i.e. ITSRM², eBios), standard (i.e. ISO 27k), and/or the regulations (i.e. GDPR/EUDPR)
