Your mission

Sales

• Develop a growth strategy prioritizing financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales growth by meeting or surpassing client expectations
• Contribute to contract negotiations
• Ensure market profitability in line with budget constraints
• Assist in drafting strategic documents for bidding processes
• Market trend and competitor analysis
• Serve as the primary contact for high-level commercial communications with clients
• Participate in conferences and industry events

Fulfilment

• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill contract obligations (deliverables, timelines, quality) and delivery goals
• Provide information on projects, costs, or client-related concerns
• Maintain records of developments in designated systems

Your profile

• Completed degree in economics, sustainable development, business administration, or a related field; experience in mobility is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy with expertise in operations and innovation/change management
• Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English (C1 level); any other European language is a strong plus
• Skilled in building trust and maintaining relationships with politicians, senior government officials, and other stakeholders
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic industry and capable of performing under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at internal and external levels
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
