As a BIM collaborator, you play a major role in our construction projects. You translate the design concept into a model in Revit and integrate multiple models. your role - The design team provides you with the concept for their project, which you translate into a model in Revit.
- As well as drawing, you also integrate multiple models and study them critically to detect and eliminate clashes.
- You export an overview of the bills of quantities and material characteristics to obtain a complete and professional BIM model that can be applied to the project from start to finish.
- You do all this while respecting both the design and execution aspects.
your profile - Construction knowledge from your training as an architect, assistant architect, draftsman, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of Revit, Autocad and basic Office applications.
- Fluent Dutch or French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Communication skills; able to reach appropriate solutions with different parties.
