Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opening en de sluiting van het productieatelier.
- Je doet de ontvangst en stockage van leveringen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontdooien van producten.
- Je bakt de viennoiserie en zorgt voor de afwerking.
- Je werkt de patisserie af.
- Je bereidt de sandwiches, salades, quiches, …
- Je bereidt en verpakt de producten en voorziet ze van een datum.
- Je vult de toonbank in de loop van de dienst systematisch aan.
- Je zorgt voor het onderhoud van het atelier: poetsen atelier en reinigen van het apparatuur.
- Je doet de afwas.

- Je bent een echte teampspeler.
- Je bent gemotiveerd, ijverig en georganiseerd.
- Je bent een harde werker.
- Je past de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen en hygiëne toe.
- Je bent stressbestendig
