DynaFin is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Invest to join our consulting team. This key role is part of an innovative project to develop investment services for one of our major clients. It offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the future of financial solutions while accelerating your professional growth.

Mission Context :

You will join an agile team responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end solutions for investment products. Your mission will involve analyzing needs, collaborating closely with the Product Owner, and actively participating in the implementation of services.

Role:

• Analysis and Definition: Conduct impact analyses and detail business, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with development teams and the Product Owner to refine solutions and develop their business cases.
• Change Management: Lead change activities, including launches and market introductions.
• Agile Communication: Participate in all relevant agile ceremonies and ensure regular project status reporting.

Profil

Profile :

• Language Skills : Fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of English.
• Education : Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Business Sciences, or equivalent business experience.
• Required Experience ‍ : Minimum 5 years relevant experience, especially in agile project management, business analysis, and workshop facilitation.
• Sector Expertise : Experience in investment sectors, particularly retail and private banking.

Key Skills : With a sharp analytical mind, you excel in negotiation, can work independently in a structured manner, and easily adapt to changes while maintaining a detail-oriented and results-focused approach.
