  • Je bent dé technische held van onze restaurants: lekkages, defecten of andere issues? Jij bent maar één telefoontje verwijderd!
  • Je schakelt snel de juiste partijen in en zorgt ervoor dat alles weer soepel draait.
  • Via ons ticketing systeem zorg jij voor bliksemsnelle oplossingen.
  • Procedures herwerken of nieuw schrijven? Piece of cake voor jou.
  • Je onderhandelt onderhoudscontracten (SLA) alsof het niks is.
  • In geval van dringende defecten of problemen spring je ook graag in de bres voor jouw collegas in de restaurants: dit wil zeggen dat je je flexibel kan opstellen qua werkuren en dat je bereid bent om ook bereikbaar te zijn in het weekend en in de avonduren. In uiterste gevallen wordt er van jou verwacht dat je zelf ook actie onderneemt en terplekke gaat bij de restaurants om het probleem aan te pakken.
