You are responsible for
Communication towards Sales, Marketing and leadership on inventory status, DOH projection.
Coordination with Order Management, Integrated Warehouse and Distribution regarding orders status and shipments on time.
Risks identification and leadership for resolution, regarding supply availability.
Communication with factories and Materials management, regarding risks assessments, supply availability and revenue impact.
Consolidation of information for Leadership awareness and communication.
Support on replenishment process and inbound at Distribution center level.
You are a part of
A great team, that continuously wants to improve and provide the best service level within Philips.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: Bachelors degree is a must. Masters is ideal. Preferred education in Business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or CPIM.
Minimum 2 years of work experience, specifically in runout analysis, inventory management, production analysis and logistics.
MS Excel is a must, as well as Power BI, QLIK and SAP advanced knowledge.
Communication, eager to improve and inspire, take ownership to deliver fast and emotions control, good work under pressure.
Fluent English is must.
How we work together This is a Hybrid role, meaning you would need to be 3 times per week in the office, and 2 days can work from home.
