As an experienced Project Architect, you will manage architectural projects of 10.000m² or more, overseeing all phases from initial concept through completion. You are a strong leader with excellent project management skills, architectural expertise and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. your role - You are responsible for architectural projects exceeding 10.000m², overseeing all phases from design to completion.
- Up to 4 days a week you conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- You coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams; you facilitate and coordinate collaboration among project stakeholders including internal and external (project) teams.
- You lead client meetings and presentations, build & maintain strong relationships with clients: understanding their needs, proposing solutions and updating them on the progress.
your profile - Degree in architecture or architectural engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in A to Z large-scale architectural projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills, proactive attitude
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French and/or English is a plus
