You bring the following qualities & experiences to the role:

• Master’s or Doctorate in a quantitative field, with mastery in Machine Learning.
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning and big data.
• In-depth understanding of software design principles.
• Strong theoretical grounding and practical expertise in general machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong skills in Python & SQL. Knowledge of an additional programming language is an advantage.
• Proven track record in deploying ML models and deep expertise in MLOps.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect or Dagster.
• Solid grasp of cloud- & data engineering. Proven experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• GenAI familiarity is a big advantage.
• Excited to work with large datasets and be able to tackle problems pragmatically.
• Excellent communicationskills to translate complex solutions into clear client deliverables.
• Fluency in English. Speaking Dutch/French fluently is a very big advantage.
• Consulting experience is a big plus.
