About this role

As our new Field Sales Representative, you will shape the market and help Just Eat achieve success in België. Working within our growing international eCommerce team, you will proactively acquire Strategic Partners and maintain excellent relationships. This role is a perfect fit if you want to Lead by driving commercial growth, Deliver on your targets, and Care by building lasting collaborations that support our partners' success.

These are some of the key components to the Functie:
  • Drive Strategy: Map food delivery market developments to identify top opportunities and strategize how to win them.
  • Lead Projects: Collaborate with lead researchers, Sales Administration, and your Team Lead to manage onboarding projects.
  • Own Outcomes: Act on your own initiative to search for trendy business opportunities and smash your independent sales targets.
  • Store-by-Store Penetration: Approach strategic retail and grocery chains directly at the store level rather than via HQ to build immediate, grassroots momentum.
  • Tailor-Made Deals: Create bespoke commercial structures for strategic restaurants and key retail/grocery partners to expand our high-quality platform base.
  • Branded Merchandising: Present branded merchandise to partners in the field, demonstrating how physical visibility drives digital adoption.
  • Move the Metrics: Design every deal to directly optimize what drives our business: Orders, GMV, and Market Share.
  • Belgian Market Growth: Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners in België to unlock long-term, scalable value.
What will you bring to the team?
  • Fluency in French, Dutch & English. 
  • Proven background in field sales or Business-to-Business (B2B) corporate sales.
  • Strong affinity for the meal delivery and hospitality market.
  • An optimistic, flexible mindset with a structured approach and a commitment to taking ownership.
  • Ability to work independently, show assertiveness, and use your own initiative.
  • Strong collaboration skills as a supportive team player who enjoys celebrating joint wins.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Google metrics
