You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in your field who shares a common ambition: to be the best in what we do, and to achieve that together. TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES :
Assist our clients with their cash management and payments projects (e.g., cash pooling, forecasting, payment factory, banking connectivity, TMS implementation).
Analyze business requirements and translate into operational impacts on their cash management and transaction workflows.
Operational support in cash management processes, such as incident management and issue monitoring.
Lead root cause analysis and follow up on action plans to improve system and process reliability. xlxgzvr
Communication and stakeholder management, from sales to IT teams, in close collaboration with product owners
Contribute to IT reliability initiatives and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive improvement.
