You will

• Execute the commercial plans of PMI and combine this with own initiatives
• Monitor your budget in order to achieve your objectives
• Make sure PMIs products are present everywhere in your region
• Build a strong relationship with your clients by visiting them and advising them

Because you

• Hold a Bachelor or Masters Degree and 0-3 years of professional experience
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Are willing to take initiatives and responsibilities
• Are a top communicator (you love to sell)

What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.

Vos missions :

• Exécuter les plans commerciaux de PMI et les combiner avec vos propres initiatives
• Gérer votre budget afin datteindre vos objectifs
• Optimiser la disponibilité des produits de PMI dans votre région
• Construire une relation solide avec vos clients en les visitant et en les conseillant

Vos aptitudes :

• Parler couramment le français, le néerlandaise et langlais
• Posséder un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise et avoir de 0 à 3 ans dexpérience professionnelle
• Être prêt à prendre des initiatives et des responsabilités
• Être un excellent communicateur et aimer la vente
• Être compétiteur

À quoi ressemblera le processus de sélection ? Le service dacquisition de talents (TA) effectuera une première sélection afin dévaluer si les candidats correspondent aux exigences du poste défini. Si cest le cas, le candidat sera invité à passer deux entretiens virtuels basés sur les compétences.
