Your Mission:
Dive into the heart of the action and play a key role in coordinating our supply chain. As Logistic Officer, you will be the architect of smooth and impeccable organization, ensuring that our famous chocolates arrive on time, all over France and beyond.
Your Responsibilities: - Orchestrating administrative coordination:
- Organize and prioritize orders for CLD France and the UK.
- Provide essential support to the preparation teams.
- Work closely with the customer service team to handle specific requests.
- Driving logistics:
- Develop and manage the transport schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track orders and process the dispatch of goods (both edible and non-edible) in SAP.
- Adding your touch of excellence:
- Step in for your fellow Supply Chain Officers when needed to maintain optimal performance.
What You Bring: - A dynamic and organized mindset:
- A degree in economics or business (bachelor’s level).
- Experience in managing priorities and coordinating between departments (sales, customer service, logistics).
- Your language skills:
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
