Tasks & responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions focused mainly on SPM/APM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and European Commission objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SPM/APM modules, including Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Enterprise Agile Planning, Application Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and platform administrators to ensure seamless integration and configuration.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow Common Service Data Model implementation.
- Design and implement integrations with other IT and business systems (e.g., GitLab, Jira...) to ensure comprehensive data flow and synergy between SPM/APM and other applications.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet unique business requirements, ensuring optimal integration with other platform modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog etc).
- Assist during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting.
- Lead and conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support organizational change.
- Participate in ServiceNow Architecture board meetings.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Support on the implementation of Security Plans and Data Protection Records.
More specifically, the following expertise is required:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, particularly within SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management) and ITSM domains.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Expertise in designing and implementing custom applications, data integrations, workflows, and complex reporting in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in iterative solution design and delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc)
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture).
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Extensive experience with workflow automation, data modeling, and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on SPM/APM module implementations.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Having Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM/APM is a plus.
Language: Knowledge of English (C1) is required.
