• As a Process Controller - you will be pivotal to solving operational issues.
• 2 shift pattern 6.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 rotating week shifts - Monday to Friday.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written), Dutch would be nice to have.
• Previous experience within a warehouse or similar environment

The Process Controller is responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to the warehouse floor, balancing workflow and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels to meet needs.

What You Do on a Typical Day

• Monitors and assesses Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to determine efficiency of workflow.
• Identifies inefficiencies in workflow between replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping; makes wave and labor adjustments as needed. Always in line with the Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Monitors order queue and ensures balance between replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Complete the waves in warehouse management system.

What do you need to succeed at GXO?

• Minimum Required Experience: 2+ years of Operations experience within a logistic/supply chain environment.
• Analytical approach, ability to analyze processes, strong solution finder.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Dutch is advantageous.
• LEAN Warehousing.
