  • Position

    The accounting assistant is supporting the Benelux Accounting team (7 people) on different administrative and bookkeeping tasks for the different companies of the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics branch.

    The position is based in our Brussels office.

    Lassistant comptable vient en support dune équipe de 7 personnes sur des tâches diverses administratives et comptables pour différentes maisons de la branche LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques :

    Le stage est basé à Bruxelles.

  • Job responsibilities

    Accounts Payable :

    • Processing and recording supplier invoices (with and without PO reference)
    • Correspondence: helping in the management of the shared mailbox: processing supplier invoices and reconciling suppliers statements
    • Following up on the approval of purchase invoices
    • Manage the process of creation and modification of suppliers in the system in accordance with group procedures
    • Forwarding and archiving accounting documents regarding our Lux company (handled by an external accountant)

    Accounts receivable

    • Recording bank statements
    • Managing customer open items: reconciling payments to unpaid invoices
    • Correspondence: helping in the management of the shared mailbox and sending reminder emails to customers
    • Reconciling cash register reports and payments received by credit cards to Boutiques sales reports

    Other

    • Updating follow up files (project follow-up, databases, group reporting or for audit purposes, and other)
    • Assisting in the preparation of the audit files:
      • Preparing confirmation letters for clients, suppliers and banks
      • downloading data from SAP
    • Scanning and archiving documents on the shared network drive
      • Archiving documents

    Comptabilité fournisseurs

    • Traitement de la boîte mail comptabilité
    • Traitement et encodage des factures fournisseurs : factures avec PO ou sans PO
    • Suivi des flows dapprobation de factures
    • Mise à jour de la base fournisseurs selon procédure groupe
    • Suivi des documents comptables LVMH Luxembourg traités par un bureau externe

    Comptabilité clients

    • Comptabilisation des extraits bancaires
    • Courrier : aide du suivi de la mailbox et envoi demails de rappel aux clients
    • Gestion des comptes clients : réconcilier les paiements aux factures ouvertes
    • Réconcilier les rapports caisse et paiement reçus par carte de crédit aux ventes de la boutique

    Autres :

    • Mettre à jour des fichiers de suivi (avancement projets, base de données, reporting groupe ou audit, et autres)
    • Participation à la préparation des dossiers daudit :
      • lettres de circularisation clients, fournisseurs, banques
      • extractions de données de SAP
    • Scanning et archivage de données sur le réseau
    • Archivage de documents
