· Vous faites partie dune équipe et occupez une fonction très importante au sein de notre entreprise : la prospection de nouveaux clients et/ou la réalisation denquêtes par téléphone (sondages ou enquêtes de satisfaction).

· Parce que vous êtes persévérant, dynamique et que vous avez lesprit dun vendeur, vous réussissez à atteindre les objectifs fixés. Votre aisance téléphonique, votre sens du service client et votre patience à toute épreuve vous permettront de vous épanouir dans cette fonction.

Votre profil:

· Nous cherchons des jeunes gens ouverts et communicatifs, qui sont dynamiques et qui ont une attitude positive et commerciale.

· Vous aimez le contact clientèle par téléphone et menez le dialogue avec les clients. Pendant vos conversations, vous cherchez à atteindre lobjectif mais surtout la qualité. Votre mission principale sera de développer un portefeuille clientèle existant.

· Vous savez bien vous servir dun ordinateur et vous avez une bonne élocution en français.

· Cest votre professionnalisme et votre sens commercial qui comptent le plus pour ce poste.* Etre orienté objectif* Avoir lâme dun vendeur* Aisance au téléphone* Etre positif et dynamique* une capacité découte, de négociation et de persuasion.* Français langue de travail
