Functieomschrijving Je maakt als diëtist deel uit van een team waarbij je instaat voor:
  • professionele, kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorgverlening
  • correct interpreteren van het dieetvoorschrift
  • het registreren van voedingsvoorkeuren van patiënten
  • stellen en formuleren van diëtetische diagnoses op basis van:
  • rechtstreeks patiëntencontact
  • medische achtergrond
  • antropometrische gegevens
  • screeningsgegevens
  • relevante biochemische gegevens, ...
  • bepalen van diëtetische doelstellingen en opstellen van een individueel behandelplan
  • educeren en begeleiden van patiënten bij het volgen van voedings- of dieetadvies
  • evalueren van het resultaat van het dieet aan de hand van klinische parameters
  • opstellen en aanpassen van voedings- en dieetrichtlijnen volgens actuele wetenschappelijke informatie (evidence based)
  • uitwerken en organiseren van voedings- en dieetvoorlichting
  • evalueren en aanpassen van recepturen op basis van samenstelling en organoleptische controle

Je profiel
  • diploma bachelor in voedings-en dieetkunde
  • inzicht en kennis van producten en het productieproces
  • inzicht in de receptuursamenstelling/recepturen
  • kennis van HACCP
  • bereid te werken volgens wisselend uurrooster
  • je bent nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
  • je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team
  • je bent patiëntgericht en kan de nodige assertiviteit aan de dag leggen, indien nodig
  • leergierig, sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kritisch denken
