The Ground Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation across all aspects of Ground Operations. As Duty Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all operational processes at the airport and overseeing the daily airport activities. You ensure the correct application of all aviation regulations and procedures. In this role, youll report to the Station Account Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB
As Duty Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, supporting, and monitoring Self-Handling activities for TUI flights.
- Representing TUI at the airport during your shift.
- Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure on-time aircraft departures.
- Acting as the link between flight crew and ground handlers.
- Ensuring correct aircraft loading as per the planned specifications.
- Supervising safe and accurate fuelling processes.
- Operating various airline and IT systems.
- Maintaining the highest safety and security standards.
- Reporting operational issues to the relevant departments.

Duty Operations Supervisor 1 Hoe maak jij een impact Binnen een internationale bedrijfscultuur waar afwisseling centraal staat, zorg je binnen jouw rol als Duty Operations Supervisor voor het coördineren en monitoren van alle operationele processen op de luchthaven en overzien van de dagelijkse luchthavenactiviteiten. Je waakt over een correcte toepassing van alle luchtvaartvoorschriften en -procedures. - Je bent TUIs contactpersoon/vertegenwoordiging op de luchthaven tijdens je shift
- Communicatie met alle betrokken partijen met de doelstelling de vertrektijd van het vliegtuig te garanderen
- Je staat in voor de communicatie tussen crew en grondafhandelaars
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het vliegtuig correct geladen wordt zoals gepland
- Je zorgt ervoor dat fueling correct verloopt
- Je opereert verschillende airline en computer systemen
- Je handhaaft steeds de veiligheids- en security standaarden
- Je rapporteert problemen naar alle betrokken departementen

- Onze vliegtuigen vertrekken niet tussen 9 en 17u, we verwachten dan ook de flexibiliteit om onze passagiers ook in de vroege ochtend in te checken. In ruil daarvoor krijg je een duidelijk uurrooster zodat je je sociaal leven hiernaar kan plannen
- Je deinst niet terug voor een probleem en zoekt actief mee naar een oplossing
- Je houdt van klantencontact en bent commercieel ingesteld
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en voelt je comfortabel om passagiers ook in het Frans en Engels verder te helpen.
