We're looking for an IAM/PAM Analyst to join our team working on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a background as a Test Analyst or Business Analyst who have contributed to IAM/PAM projects—especially within the financial sector.Whether you've been validating access controls, managing requirements for identity solutions, or supporting implementations of tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, or Azure AD, this is an opportunity to build on that experience in a focused IAM/PAM environment.Key responsibilitiesSupport the implementation and ongoing enhancement of IAM/PAM solutionsWork with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for identity and access controlsAssist in the development and execution of test plans related to IAM/PAM functionalitiesValidate roles, entitlements, and policies across systems and applicationsContribute to access reviews, audit remediation, and compliance initiativesCollaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure IAM/PAM solutions meet organizational needsProvide insights into identity governance, least privilege, and zero trust best practicesRequired experienceBackground as a Test Analyst or Business Analyst in IAM/PAM-related projectsSolid understanding of IAM/PAM principles (e.g. RBAC, SSO, MFA, least privilege)Experience with tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similarStrong stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsFamiliarity with access certification, role mining, or identity lifecycle processesExperience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, fintech, etc.)Nice to have:Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, GDPR, Apra CPS 234)Technical knowledge around APIs, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), or directory services (LDAP, AD)Exposure to IAM/PAM project delivery lifecycle from requirements to post-implementation supportSkills in BPMN, UML, RBAC, JML, CIAM will be a plusAfter reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information IAM / PAM Analyst at the office Belgium above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
