·        Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving

·        Je kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Nederlands en Engels waarvan minimaal één van beide vloeiend (Pools of Roemeens is een plus)

·        Je hebt affiniteit met agrarische producten en beseft dat hierbij flexibiliteit vereist is.

·        Je bent stressbestendig en proactief

·        Je bent een teamspeler en draagt zorg voor de ontwikkeling van je team

·        Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over de resultaten van je team 

·        Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de productieoutput volgens planning en opgestelde normen

·        Je draagt zorg voor veiligheid, hygiëne, orde, netheid en kwaliteit van de afdeling

·        Proactief verbetervoorstellen doen en implementeren

·        Rendementsoptimalisering en kostenreductie

·        Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, motiveren, begeleiden en coachen van de medewerkers

Je zal voltijds tewerkgesteld worden in 2 ploegen en op termijn (na positieve interim-periode) een vast contract ontvangen.

Verder krijg je een marktconform loon.
