We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional able to design interconnected ArcGIS system-based solutions aligning to the vision and long-term goals of our customers.

• You lead the architecture and design of the GIS Foundation for our customers.
• You work closely with the business, GIS, and IT stakeholders to identify their organisational needs, design and develop a GIS architecture that meets the functional requirements. These designs will address expected system loads, security needs, use cases, functionalities, availability requirements and budgetary limitations.
• Into each design you incorporate a broad spectrum of esri tools and associated Esri best practices. You design GIS environments that sustain business continuity, deployment patterns (on-premises/cloud), security, governance, publication strategy, and application architecture (including custom).
• You define a technical methodology to deploy the designed architecture.
• You contribute to technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and product gap analysis of user requirements.
• You are responsible for the design documentation.
• You provide architectural guidance to the project team and ensure compliance of the architectural design in the implementation of projects.

• Master degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS or other relevant field.
• Significant experience across a broad range of IT related skill areas including networking, security, server installation, desktop and handheld support, enterprise applications, web applications and desktop development.
• Experience with Esri / ArcGIS software (Desktop and Server technologies) and deployment patterns.
• Experience with design, integration and implementation of ArcGIS for Server-based enterprise GIS solutions.
• Excellent communicator that can brainstorm with clients and document solutions.
• You are a teamplayer and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch or French and ready to become trilingual.
