Elke dag ben jij onmisbaar voor het succes van onze dienst na verkoop. We vinden het geweldig dat we op jou kunnen rekenen om naar onze klanten te luisteren en hen deskundig advies te geven.

Met jouw passie voor fietsen, je energieke klantvriendelijkheid en je technische kennis, weet je precies wat de klant nodig heeft.

Samen met je team zorg je voor een professionele dienstverlening en een atelier dat er altijd tip-top uitziet.

Als fietstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Deskundig advies en klantgerichtheid: Je geeft klanten het juiste advies over de herstelbaarheid van een product en creëert een positieve klantervaring dankzij een professionele dienstverlening.
• Reparatie en onderhoud van fietsen: Je herstelt en monteert verschillende soorten fietsen en fietsaccessoires.
• Planning en samenwerking: Je plant afspraken in en werkt samen met ons nationaal service center om een efficiënte service te garanderen.

Je hebt een passie voor fietsen en je kijkt er naar uit om deze met anderen te delen. In gesprek met onze klanten is jouw klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid een echte troef.

Je durft initiatief nemen en komt uit eigen beweging in actie. Je maakt op een zelfstandige manier graag het verschil, om samen met je team de planning af te werken.

• een basiskennis fietstechniek bezit.
