• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years in IT service delivery or operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology (certification is a plus).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with proven experience in an international context.
