De Functional Analist speelt een sleutelrol in het analyseren van gebruikersbehoeften, het vertalen ervan naar duidelijke oplossingen en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van onze IT-toepassingen.

• Uitvoeren van functionele analyses om gebruikersbehoeften te detecteren en scherp te definiëren
• Vertalen van deze noden naar begrijpbare requirements voor technische teams en project managers
• Optimaliseren van applicaties zodat de gewenste resultaten en kwaliteit behaald worden
• Nauwe samenwerking met business analisten en PM's bij de voorbereiding van IT-projecten
• Testen en evalueren van IT-oplossingen en bewaken van de alignment met de organisatiedoelstellingen
• Meewerken met developers en testers aan het creëren/aanpassen van applicaties op maat van de klant
• Uitbouwen en up-to-date houden van duidelijke technische documentatie als ondersteuning voor het development tea
