Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Ervaren Finance & Administration Officer voor een project van 3 à 4 maanden.

Voor een beursgenoteerd vastgoedbedrijf dat toonaangevende winkelpanden beheert zoeken we een Finance & Administration Officer. Het kantoor is gelegen in Antwerpen.

Je wordt ingeschakeld om administratieve én financiële processen te versterken en te stroomlijnen:

• Administratieve ondersteuning van de asset manager en beheerteam (huurders, panden, contracten);
• Verwerken van AP-facturen en bankboekingen;
• Ondersteuning bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting én consolidatie;
• Beheren van interne fee-afstemmingen en intragroep-posities;
• Manueel verwerken en uploaden van data via centrale mailbox en ERP;
• Meewerken aan optimalisatie en automatisatieprojecten;
• Opstellen van persberichten, jaarverslagen en RvB-documentatie;
• Archivering, documentbeheer en rapportage binnen een beursgenoteerde context.

Je bent iemand die snel operationeel is, zelfstandig werkt en stevig in je schoenen staat:

• Ervaring als consultant of in projectmatige finance/administratie;
• Affiniteit met vastgoed of retailvastgoed is een grote troef;
• Vlot in het Nederlands, goede kennis Engels is een pluspunt;
• Ervaring met ERP-pakketten en procesautomatisatie;
• Bekend met afsluitingen, consolidatie en compliant reporting;
• Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig;
• Hands-on, proactief en klaar om meteen te starten.
