Voor een van onze klanten, actief in de gespecialiseerde distributiesector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Project Coördinator FR/NL, met Nederlands als moedertaal
Belangrijkste taken:
- Volledige opvolging van klantprojecten, van ondertekening tot aftersales
- Coördinatie van interne en externe betrokken partijen
- Regelmatige en duidelijke communicatie met klanten om een optimale tevredenheid te garanderen

Missions clés :
- Assurer un suivi complet des projets clients depuis la signature jusqu'au SAV
- Coordonner les acteurs internes et externes

Diplôme CESS minimum
Expérience en service client probante
CDI temps plein (36 h/semaine) avec aménagement horaire (1 jour/semaine 12h30-18h30)
