As part of our Corporate Strategy team, you’ll work at the heart of decision-making, collaborating with senior leaders to turn insights into action. Your mission? To analyze, challenge, and refine our strategic direction, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic vision & execution – Partner with leadership to develop and implement BNP Paribas Fortis’ long-term plan, aligning business growth with performance and sustainability goals.

Industry intelligence – Research and communicate market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to inform high-impact decisions.

Data-driven recommendations – Assess past performance, identify strategic priorities, and propose ambitious yet realistic targets.

Credentials:

Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance, or related field).

6 - 8 years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development (banking/financial services preferred).

Fluent in English + French/Dutch (our working languages).
