And our way of working smarter.Proximus is looking for aDelivery Manager ERPto lead the successful delivery of ERP transformation projects across its affiliates.As part of theGlobal Proximus ERP Team, you will manage ERP solutions that power the entire Proximus Group, ensuring top-quality services, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.In this role, you will define and execute theERP vision and strategyfor our affiliates while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.You will take ownership of ERP project delivery, driving performance improvements, process streamlining, and enhanced customer and user experiences.With an international scope, you’ll ensure alignment with both group-wide goals and local regulations in each affiliate market.Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the ERP IT vision and strategy for Proximus affiliates.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ERP and IT professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Provide clear reporting and regular updates on program progress, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive successful business outcomes.
• Manage resources effectively, including budget, technology, and teams.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners across both Managed Services and Time & Material models.
• Ensure ERP solutions fully support international business needs and comply with local standards and regulations.

Your profile

• 15+ years in IT project/program delivery, with at least 5 years leading ERP transformations.
• Master degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record in ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
• Solid expertise in vendor/partner management and managing complex international projects.
• Broad understanding of ERP domains (HR, Procurement, Finance, Logistics).
• Skilled in planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, with strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
