Your Role

As a PMO Consultant, you help structure and steer projects for transport operators, logistics companies and energy actors. You ensure governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination run smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Support project governance (SteerCo, followups, reporting).
• Maintain planning, risks, issues, budgets and KPIs.
• Prepare project documentation (status reports, RAID, meeting minutes).
• Organize workshops and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and consistency in tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, MS Project).
• Support change, communication and user readiness.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of experience as PMO or Project Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with planning & reporting tools.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French + strong English.
