Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Financial Support Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige facturatieproces: van opmaak tot verzending en opvolging van openstaande betalingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals sales, projectmanagement en customerservice om geleverde prestaties correct te verwerken. Daarnaast beantwoord je klantvragen over facturatie en neem je het debiteurenbeheer voor je rekening. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt bij financiële projecten, zoals de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een bachelor in bedrijfsmanagement, accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ook pas afgestudeerde masters zijn welkom.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in facturatie en debiteurenbeheer.
• Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en boekhoudsoftware.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communiceert vlot.
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
• Je bent proactief, denkt mee en houdt van administratieve taken.
