Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions. Your mission is to solve business challenges through Enterprise Architecture by ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology implementation.

• Solution Design & Validation
  • Understand business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Agree on and validate proposed solutions, considering existing Reference Architecture, cost, and feasibility.
  • Define Reference Architecture and Roadmaps aligned with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Communication & Collaboration
  • Speak both technical and business language effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive consensus across different IT departments.
• Project & Architecture Governance
  • Handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • Validate solution architecture within Enterprise Architecture framework boundaries.
  • Reach consensus on proposed solutions with EA and IT Development teams.
  • Follow up on implementation and perform quality checks.

• Technical Expertise
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture roles.
  • Ability to work closely with Solution Architects to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery.
• Cloud & Modern Technologies
  • Practical experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS / PaaS), Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management, Authentication & Authorization, Heroku, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture.
• Agile & Architecture Patterns
  • Agile Scrum experience.
  • Focus on Resource-Oriented Architecture (research, evaluation, POC).
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Software Development Knowledge
  • Web tiers: Apache, Jetty, IIS, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5.
  • Java and related frameworks: Spring, Hibernate.
  • Databases: RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2), MongoDB, ElasticSearch.
  • Middleware: Camel, ActiveMQ, CXF.
  • RESTful web services, JSON, JMS.
  • Development tools: Maven, SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo.

• Fluent in English.
• Stress‑resistant and a strong team player.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
