About this roleReady for a challenge? As an Operations Planning Specialist, you will ensure predictable and executable staffing plans across België through data-driven decision-making. Operating from our België Scoober office, you will lead availability and workforce management to align courier supply with demand trends. Collaborating closely with Planning and Operations teams, you will deliver optimized resource schedules while caring for team configurations to mitigate operational risks and maintain a competitive advantage.
