On behalf of awell-established holding company headquartered in Riyadh, we are seeking a strategic and experiencedHead of Financeto lead and oversee all financial operations across the group’s diverse portfolio. This is afull-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across theMENA region.

About the Role

As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the holding company, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving sustainable growth. You will lead the finance team, oversee financial planning and reporting, and serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on all financial matters. This role requires both a strategic vision and a hands-on approach to ensure operational and financial excellence across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across all entities within the holding structure.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and relevant financial laws across jurisdictions.
• Provide leadership on treasury, investment, and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board and executive management.
• Drive financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure financial discipline and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA highly preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate governance.
• Proven track record in managing finances for holding companies or multi-entity organizations.
• Excellent understanding of IFRS, tax, and compliance regulations in MENA and global markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
