Job Summary:

As we continue to dominate the aftermarket space, we are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to increase sales in our wholesale and distribution channels for our off-road accessories division dedicated to the following brands: Fuel, Black Rhino, Teraflex, and Falcon. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle after-sales service.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales and order processing.
• Work closely with the team of inside sales workers to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Solve customer issues efficiently and proactively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support is required.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French and/or German is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Passion for cars and knowledge of the 4x4 market is a great advantage.
• Interest and knowledge of the UTV market is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
