Wat zal je job inhouden?Hou jij van structuur én avontuur?Droom je ervan om logistiek te organiseren over continenten heen?Wil je het aanspreekpunt zijn waar alles samenkomt: klanten, transporteurs en voorraad?Dan is deze halftijdse functie in Beernem iets voor jou.AlsLogistiek Administratief Bediende (20u/week)ben jij de spil in het logistieke web: je zorgt dat producten uit Azië, Zuid-Amerika en Zuid-Europa op het juiste moment bij de topklanten in Europa aankomen.

• Orders voer je nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem in.
• Het transport van bulkgoederen naar klanten door heel Europa organiseer je.
• De voorraad beheer je en je controleert facturen, zodat alles klopt.
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en transporteurs en onderhoudt contact met hubs in België, het VK en Spanje.
• Je ondersteunt de chef van de afdeling in commerciële en operationele vragen.
• In deze rol voel je het ritme van internationale logistiek en ervaar je elke ochtend het succes van een vlekkeloos verlopen transport.

Wat zoeken we?

• Bij voorkeur volgde je een opleiding in een economische richting.
• Ervaring in de logistiek? Dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.
• Administratief ben je sterk, georganiseerd en punctueel.
• Communicatief ben je vaardig in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
• Als teamplayer heb je een oplossingsgerichte en stressbestendige houding.
• Je bent beschikbaar iedere voormiddag (8–12u of 8:30–12:30).
