Your Work ContextWe are looking for a motivated mechanic for our workshop in Aalst. You will join a dynamic team within a rapidly growing company where teamwork and craftsmanship are key.
Your RoleAs a mechanic, you will be responsible for a wide-ranging, challenging, and diverse set of tasks:
- Assembling newly manufactured components for our construction and dredging installations.
- Mounting, dismounting, and repairing small and large parts for our dredging fleet, including valves, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
- Performing maintenance work on our own machinery fleet.
What do you need? - You hold a diploma in mechanics or have equivalent experience.
- Ability to read technical plans is required.
- You are a committed team player, stress-resistant, and flexible.
- You excel in planning and working independently.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
