Nautilus is currently recruiting several Java Developers (medior/senior) to join a key partner operating in the public sector in Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful digital projects that serve citizens and improve public services. Job description As a medior Java Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications in a complex and high-availability environment. Key responsibilities Participate in the design and development of IT applications based on functional and technical specifications Develop and maintain Java-based solutions while ensuring high quality standards in multi-user, high-availability, and high-visibility environments Collaborate closely with functional analysts to gather and analyze user requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement, maintenance, and evolution of existing applications to enhance performance and adapt to technological changes Provide effective technical support to end-users and internal teams Technical environment Client-side web technologies in Java and related technical components Web services technologies: REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, JAXWS, JSON, Swagger, SpringBoot Angular OpenShift ou TKGI Tools: SVN, Jenkins Nice to have: Experience with AWS or test automation is an advantage Profile Bachelor/Master's degree At least 5 years' experience as a Java developer Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus Good knowledge of Agile methodology Good communication skills Team spirit & creative Languages: French and/or Dutch and good level in English
