An exciting opportunity is open for an Investment Product Growth Manager to drive the evolution of investment products within a dynamic banking environment in Brussels. This role focuses on bridging investment expertise, customer communication, and digital experience to deliver clear, engaging, and high-impact product journeys for clients.
Your responsibilities as an Investment Product Growth Manager :
Customer Communication & Product Content Coordination
Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to design and execute investment campaigns
Support product launches, feature rollouts, and customer communication strategies
Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven optimizations
Ad-Hoc Support & Senior Management Reporting
Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports on market trends and product performance for senior stakeholders
Lead or contribute to cross-functional and strategic initiatives requiring investment expertise
Support high-impact projects driven by senior leadership
Investments Value ProFunctie Roll-Out & Internal Coordination
Contribute to the development and enhancement of investment services (Execution Only, Advisory, Discretionary)
Bring customer insights into product roadmap discussion
Participate in and lead strategic investment initiatives
Act as a coordination partner to the Head of Products within the Belgian Product Team, ensuring alignment and execution of the Wealth roadmap
Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure priorities, dependencies, and timelines are met
About you :
You have a strong passion for financial markets and investment products, combined with a continuous drive to deepen your knowledge
You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, or a related field
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with Dutch or French
You bring at least five years of experience in banking, wealth management, asset management, business development, or product development
You are comfortable working with digital platforms and understand online customer engagement and user experience
You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
You are able to negotiate effectively and perform well under pressure
You are proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently
