To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a Production Manager to lead our new site.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team-including production planners, a production development engineer, and transportation and customs coordinators-while ensuring seamless daily collaboration with our 3PL colleagues. Leading and developing our own ABB RDC team ensuring customer centric approach to reach set targets for our order-delivery process. Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics processes to support uninterrupted production flow Setting clear direction, defining priorities, and ensuring the team has the right capabilities, tools, and resources to excel. Championing and promoting continuous improvement initiatives across the production and logistics processes.

Strong understanding of production operations, planning, and logistics processes. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to support, develop, and motivate diverse teams. Ability to manage priorities effectively, work in a dynamic environment, and make data-based decisions. Proficiency in production planning tools, as well as WMS and ERP systems. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Comfortable communicating in English with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management at all levels.
