Functieomschrijving Goer Dynamics BV (België) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple embedded software development and integration projects related to Auro-3D immersive audio technologies.
The role combines project management, technical coordination, customer interaction, and ecosystem management within an international environment involving OEMs, platform vendors, semiconductor partners, integrators, and internal R&D teams.
The Project Manager acts as the central operational link between engineering teams, customers, partners, and management to ensure successful development, integration, and deployment of Auro-3D software solutions into commercial products, following structured Agile development processes.
Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple embedded software development projects simultaneously
- Coordinate internal R&D, DSP, QA, and integration teams
- Drive and support Agile development processes and sprint planning activities
- Maintain daily operational follow-up using Jira and Agile methodologies
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, priorities, and budget constraints
- Support OEM customers integrating Auro-3D software solutions into their products
- Coordinate with platform vendors, chipset providers, technology partners, and integrators
- Translate customer and partner requirements into actionable development priorities
- Ensure smooth communication between technical, commercial, and management stakeholders
- Support certification, testing, deployment, and release activities
International Context The role operates in a global environment involving customers and partners across Europe, North America, and Asia. The candidate must be comfortable managing international technical collaborations and cross-cultural communication.
Profiel
Required Qualifications - Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Audio Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience managing embedded software or technical development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and workflows
- Experience with Jira and Agile project management toolsets
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-facing project management experience
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving technical environment
Technical Knowledge Experience or strong affinity with:
- Embedded software systems
- DSP and audio technologies
- Multimedia and consumer electronics platforms
- OEM integration environments
- Audio codecs and immersive audio ecosystems
Knowledge of technologies such as Auro-3D, Dolby Atmos, DTS, or similar immersive audio platforms is considered a strong advantage.
