Job overview Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initial feasibility and RFI/RFP drafting through production deployment and post-go-live maintenance, including stakeholder management, resource alLocatie, risk mitigation, contract oversight, and knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate initial project phases including studies and RFI/RFP drafting; identify stakeholders; and define project plans covering scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and governance.
• Secure and allocate resources, and lead the project team in cooperation with resource managers to achieve shared objectives.
• Manage operational supplier contracts with team managers to ensure proper service delivery and contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage changes by analyzing impacts and implementing corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders; assign and monitor team tasks; and ensure human and technical requirements are met using established methods, processes, and tools.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through production deployment following PMLC and SDLC; facilitate knowledge transfer to operations and manage post-go-live maintenance for business continuity.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of project management experience
• Experience managing IT projects
• Experience in the energy sector
• At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector
• Experience with ERP implementation projects
• Experience with project budget management
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Prince2 certification
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with ITIL framework
• Experience using Jira
