As Senior HR Business Partner International, you act as a strategic HR partner to the International Director and play a key role in driving international growth, organizational transformation, and M&A integrations. You ensure strong alignment between local HR teams and Group HR while maintaining a consistent and future‑oriented HR approach across multiple countries. As part of the international leadership ecosystem, you support the development and execution of the international growth strategy. You advise business leaders on organizational and people‑related matters and ensure the effective translation of Group HR priorities into practice across international entities. You act as a bridge between Group HR and local business realities, providing insights, recommendations, and coordination to enable sustainable growth, successful integration of acquisitions, and a consistent employee experience across countries.
