• Être le premier point de contact pour les clients et renforcer les relations existantes.
• Rédiger, suivre et analyser les offres, assurer le suivi des commandes jusqu'à la livraison.
• Identifier des opportunités d' upselling et cross-selling .
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, production, achats) pour répondre aux besoins clients.
• Maintenir les données clients à jour dans le CRM et contribuer aux actions marketing.

Votre profil Votre profil :

• Diplôme en gestion , marketing ou expérience équivalente en commercial interne/ service client.
• Expérience dans le suivi d'offres, commandes et relation client.
• Néerlandais et français courants; anglais opérationnel.
• Sens du service, esprit commercial, autonomie et résistance au stress.
• Maîtrise des outils ERP/CRM et des principes de tarification et marges.
