Talencia is looking for an experienced CRM/ERP Audit Specialist for one of his clients. Locatie: Brussels Start Date: February Duration: 3 months (full time) Language: English A prominent European Institution is seeking a specialized CRM/ERP Auditor to evaluate and modernize a bespoke, "in-house" solution developed in PowerBuilder. The mission is to bridge the gap between legacy architecture and future-ready business processes. Core Mission & Responsibilities The project is structured into four critical phases:

• Process & Criticality Analysis:
  • Conduct a deep-dive audit of current business processes.
  • Identify "pain points," bottlenecks, and the significance/impact of existing system issues.
• Back-End Translation:
  • Reverse-engineer and interpret the legacy PowerBuilder back-end.
  • Translate technical logic into clear functional specifications.
• Process Optimization:
  • Propose concrete strategies to simplify and streamline existing workflows.
  • Eliminate redundant steps to improve institutional efficiency.
• Strategic Recommendations:
  • Evaluate whether to evolve the current tool or build a new solution.
  • Define the roadmap for development, including architectural improvements for the CRM/ERP ecosystem.

Profile

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy systems, specifically PowerBuilder (essential for the audit phase).
