Treasury Manager – Brussels Region

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our finance team in Brussels. This role offers the opportunity to lead key treasury operations and drive efficiency across our accounts payable and banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of Accounts Payable Team: Supervise and mentor a team of AP professionals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations.
• End-to-End AP Management: Take ownership of the full accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution, maintaining rigorous internal controls.
• Banking Mandates Consolidation: Streamline banking mandates by centralizing them under a single banking framework to enhance efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
• KYC Compliance: Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met, maintaining updated records and liaising with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Bank Access and Administration: Manage bank access, corporate cards, payment terminals, and related authorizations, ensuring security and continuity of operations.
• Payment Runs and Approval Flows: Oversee regular payment runs and manage approval workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and French (both written and spoken).
• Extensive experience in accounts payable, treasury, or financial operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, KYC processes, and payment operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
