Key Responsibilities- Receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible of managing the daily operations of a warehouse to ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials, meet the company requests, and optimize productivity
- Tacking and managing the inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and organizing the layout of the warehouse to maximize storage space
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods to minimize damage and maximize efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities such as inventory levels, material receipts, and shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Job requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse operations
- Willing to work in two different shifts: Monday to Friday => 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday => 10:00 to 19:00
- Having a forklift or reach truck certificate would be a nice plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Stress resistance & Team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP- and scanning systems is a plus
- Fluent English and French and/or Dutch
